As for slow, while everyone does appreciate it, I wouldn't skip a skill for it, especially if it's only use is making people happy at apq. As for pap, well it's already pretty slow. If you're soloing, 1 body hit won't kill you. If you're partying with people who are having a hard time, maybe it comes in handy? But still if those are the best uses for slow I'd rather take a skill like CB or medi.
As for medi being replaceble with the wizard elixers, there was a thread/discussion on that a long time ago, you can trade medi in exchange for the elixers, but then it doesn't become a party skill, but then again it only affects mages =/[/COLOR]
Er...you can skip TS/compo in 3rd for slow. Not like those moves really...get used anymore. Slow helps during geist, when the party sucks at coordinating, you could just take the KB with slow and basically solo it for a bit. Late 13x's, when your CL can do enough to KB pap, slow helps in pinning it. A body hit might not kill you, but when he dispels, you don't get those damage invincibility frames. You can die. Slow helps to prevent that, at least until you can tank top bombs or something.
Medi sucks. Replaceable by an elixer, only reason I have it is because it was my build soso long ago. Party skill or not, it's really pointless.
