I/L wizard advice plz?

Personally, I still see no use for slow lmao. No boss you fight even requires that, providing you're fighting a moving boss at all.

everybody greatly appreciates a slowed grog in apq. everybody greatly appreciates a slowed pap, especially when you/your party have a hard time kbing him.

eureka, either max one or the other but dont go half n half. neither skill will be very useful unmaxed. i would certainly regret doing that.
