[COLOR="Teal"]Lightning mp costs doubles at lvl 16, so many people decide to leave it there instead of paying double for 2atk extra and save points.
CB used to be maxed first due to no cpq and there wasnt many good places for lightning to train. Since cpq is out, I guess the best method is to lightning then medi, but only if you're in room 3/4. In room 1/2 the mobs are more spread out, making CB more useful, and the rombots in 5/6 are very hard to kill with lightning.
At around 4x-5x you can try lorangs, nice big map to mob with lightning.
Personally I maxed CB first, then lightning then medi. Cb was for ludipq and lightning was for training later on. But I'm not sure what i/l do now with all the new stuff available to them.[/COLOR]
