I think you shouldn't max medi yet, not until your 5x or something. Start maxing out ice beam and leave lightning at level 14 since at level 15 the mp cost gets higher(?) *sorry I never maxed lightning*

Now about your issues with getting into a party, well that's how cpq works. First of you should of known that they wouldn't party you unless their your buddy or their TW. The best way around this situation is to go train. in Amoria the jr. cielions are excelent exp (40% an hour) and it only drops 2% every level up. This is great cause even at level 40 theystill won't party you.

So don't max lightning just max cold beam and and medi and your set for 2nd job

I respect your advice and im thankfull for it but i kinda have to disagree with you skill wise... you see many if not all 3rd job 4th job I/L all told me to rather max out lightning or cold beam first thing, i no about the mp rise but at my current level 40 mp is seriously nothing and maxed out lightning bolt does alot off dmg and can make training quick, Ice Beam freezes monsters for 1 to 2 seconds (or more not to shure) and does more dmg then thunder bolt but is single shot, so basicly they both balance out... i preferd mobbing over single shots because it fits my style of play. besides im planing to max out everything exept slow, im gona completly ignore it... (if my calculations are correct i should just have anaugh) but again thanks for the advice, il check out that amoria training spot
