Ih you haven't noticed, all mobs in cpq are strong against lightning, so thunder bolt is not as effective as you may think. However if you're hitting mobs of 6 thunder bolt can still outdamage cold beam. And you can act as a mob controller/lurer. Control and lure the mobs so other classes like warrior can mob to their max potential(in rooom 3/4)
As for how to get into a party quick, make your own party. Quickly invite 3other ppl of similar level/strength and divide them into 2parties, and TW. Make the stronger one into your party(if you're the weaker one).
