Later 3x levels? Go train with Heal. As long as it's like level 18 or 21, you should be fine at Jr. Wraiths.
If you think you aren't ready yet, try Ant Tunnel minidungeon. You should be able to mostly clear the Zombie Mushrooms with Heal anyway.
