Your IRC client is trying to tell you something. Read the messages. "Unable to resolve server" - meaning your computer couldn't translate irc.psigenix.net into an IP address. If you go to the network's website (http://www.psigenix.net), you'll see that's gone too. I'm guessing the domain registration expired and they forgot to renew it.

The actual network is still up. Connect to 65.69.169.177.
