Recommendations for Backup HD?
#2
I am not sure about the cost (and I dont even know where you live Tongue), but I'd suggest an e-sata external case (if your system supports that) + a 1T sata drive (or however much you can afford).

Copy all your backups etc onto the external drive
Imaging your OS, re-partition your current drive into say 2 partitions of 100Gb (Main)/200G(internal backup). If you're running lots of games etc, do 150/150.
Put all your apps + OS into the main drive. Any other backups you dont need but still wanna access it from time to time to the internal backup. Do make a copy on your external.

Personally, when it comes to HDD managements, I'd like to split into 2 physical HDDs, one for OS/apps you cant change the installation path, one for games/apps as well as an external backup.
