mehh I'm afraid to do that because it might have another virus but idk does anyone have an explanation why this might be missing?

EDIT-Will any problems arise from me just putting that in my System32 files since the reformat should have removed other ones or should I contact Microsoft somehow.

RE EDIT-okay maple is installing correctly and i verified its safe with some nerdy friends of mine thanks for the link ShadyPriest
