If it includes HP up on MP>HP washing, then it'll probably be 4 MP for 50 HP. Otherwise 4 MP for ~22 HP?
If you really wanted 30k HP, and double washing got you enough MP (if you do gain 12-14 and then lose 4, you can get ~45 extra MP per level), you could probably do it by repeated use of resets (STR>HP, MP>STR) but I've never tried that and it would cost twice as much.
