Every class can do it, but it's only worthy if you have a really good amount of INT gears (and NX of course). In my recent experience, i was getting almost 10 MP more from every point used with 144 INT, so i guess with the same amount of INT, any class can get the same.
In pirates case, they would get 14-16 + the extra MP boost depending on their INT equips.
