No, but I can tell you that it's extremely obnoxious when used on bosses - noticed this in CWKPQ, where boss animations are crucial to knowing what's going on. It makes it impossible to see underneath its animation, meaning anyone who needs to pay attention or risk dying is screwed. As for myself, I couldn't see to position myself for Rush/attacking. Thankfully they only did this on the Black Guardians.
