Then perhaps all MMOs have the basic, same "maturity". From recent events we've seen better service in Maplestory, even though there are still holes.
WoW Classic had a lot of problems. And I can tell you, those down times I didn't get refunded most of the time, my server went down for a day, I lost a day.
