Maybe it's editted? I'm not doubting southperry, but at the same time there could be some explanation for this image.

It is proberly edited, it doesn't have the "Intel® JPEG Library, version [1.51.12.44]" that all screenshots have if they're taken with mapestory and not edited. Also, how can there be an item ingame when it's not in the data? That just don't make sense.
