Yep, one of the bigger complaints I've been hearing about WoW is how Blizzard decided to make raiding too accessable to "casuals", and that some wish for it to be like the days of vanilla WoW, which in short-terms, was far from being casual friendly as how the game is today. So in MS terms, think of it as spending 8 hours a day playing, only you're spending that 8 hours raiding or PvPing.

The game has gotten more accessible to the casual audience too, which caused those complaints about it being too much so. The whole 8 hours raiding/PvP days are petty much over. The introduction of daily quests added to this accessibility as well. I don't remember MS being casual-friendly, though.
