Equipment above theoretical max?

Equips stats are decided by the servers. This means that theoretically nexon can make a lvl 0 sword drop with 10000 attack. Also, the min-max stat of the weapon is not included in the wz files (only the avg is), so its possible that hidden street simply didnt see such a high attack weapon by now and didnt update its max.
