Uhm, you can buy 70% and 30% Aniv Scrolls from Maple Admin for 1500 leaves.
They can only be used on Maple equips though.
I am not actually sure on if you can use them on weps,
can't read the korean so can't really tell if there are weapon scrolls.
There are 70% and 30% Glove ATT scrolls, which I have used on my maple glove and they do blow up.
