[GMS] Security Update: 0.69

Hackshield has been out long enough for Nexon to gather data on bugs, errors, and incompatibility issues, so I don't think that is the issue here. But I'm guessing they discovered something new that might pose problems. like a last minute error. It's better this way, that way they have enough time to iron out the wrinkles so we don't get all the issues other versions got.
