[GMS] Security Update: 0.69

Come on, think about it..

They told us they're going to implement a new "security tool".. and it's a patch.. and other MapleStory versions recently got HackShield.. so it's obviously that.

They could be using bad phrasing for adding on a fix for hacking. I'm waiting for when I start up MS tomorrow to see if we get HS.
