About the only way to dodge them is to rush INTO him, taking damage. Think melee Manon/Griffey strategy.

I just said that Pap's stun, dispel and slow are unavoidable (assuming you aren't up in the platforms) because they don't do damage. Manon/Griffey's debuffs do. In any case where debuffs are involved, if they do damage as well, they have to actually hit you with the associated attack or it doesn't work. Otherwise, it automatically works.

If you need another example, I remember one incident with having Ice Rushed a GK. While I succeeded in freezing it, I was also stunned, since GK's stun ability doesn't do damage. Lol.
