Really a limited number of ways to use the data we're capable of collecting, but I prefer to express it like this:

This is the actual population growth by world for Centenarians.
It doesn't identify who has the highest number of them, but rather where they're growing most rapidly relative to previous month. Demethos for example gained 13% more 100+s than it had in January, in February.

The flaw in this is that it's comparing it's own world population month over month, so of course it's naturally biased towards smaller worlds where a change of a few hundred is much more significant than say Scania where a change of several thousands may be needed to accomplish the same thing.

Converting it a ratio makes it more identifiable though as to which world is experiencing that more significant growth. For those who are curious about raw volumes, here:
