I do think 8x experience is kind of broken but the idea of imposing a "don't use entitlement 2x during an event" rule is ridiculous. We should just hope it gets fixed before the next 2x event. Or not, if you're one of those people who enjoys this kind of thing.
It's EXACTLY like the Bigfoot incident. It's equally obvious that you shouldn't use entitlements on event 2x because it specifically says it won't work. Let's see, poison is not supposed to work on bigfoot.... but it does, ok lets do it. 2x isnt supposed to work on event 2x..... but it does, ok lets do it.
