I mean, what are you going to do, go around wasting hours adding people you don't know, so you can save the hours that you lost? (suppose you lost an hour of training adding people, and then you got an hour of 2x, that's like the same thing.) I don't know how the mechanics of this works, not being in a family, but doing this glitch just doesn't sound sustainable.
Oh, it's easy. I don't know about the whole adding random people part, but it looks like a lot of families are intertwined to the point where a couple of small families turn in to a 200-person family. Since plenty of people train during 2x events such as the ones Nexon held this weekend, it wasn't hard for tons of people in my guild, myself included, to get past like 25k rep in oneday. While this amount of rep was probably only accumulated due to the majority of trainers training on 8x, it still exemplifies how just a couple hours of your Jr. training can give you enough rep for a day or two, easy.
This has to be one of the finest Nexon fuck ups I've ever been able to take advantage of.
