overall, I agree with what Dusk is saying, except for one part. on my version we already have the extended range for cooling effect and fire burner, but I still have absolutely no desire to use fire burner. this is purely talking about newties & skelegons though..
I don't think it's that we have alternatives that are better, just that we have a lot more alternatives. More places to train in 3rd job with close enough exp rates > 1 spot for 3x levels.
