I'm a 96 Marauder and I have a friend who is 102 i think, We both love blast... he didn't like it and didn't believe me but luckily I convinced him out of the SW buiild, now he has 7 points from early start for shockwave and then turned energy build.
Also, don't see blast as 1 thing, if you have blast max and energy charge still at 11, it won't be nice, personally I think you need blast 21 and charge 20+ for it to be cool :p
