Just look at the preliminary questions in Himes' post: they want to know whether advertising on Facebook or on WoW fansites is going to get them more players.

These are the Marketing people, not anyone you can talk to about the actual content of the game except in the broadest of terms ("We want more content for players in the top levels" or "We want all the content made in other version to get here ASAP").

You might be able to talk to them about the problem of customer service, GM presence, hacking, etc. Try to stress how many people you know quit the game in disgust because of bad experiences with the above.
