HP washing question.

So my MP is clean at the moment. Basically what I need to know is how many of those 75 points I can wash out or how many times I have to level to be able to wash it all out.  EDIT: I know it's not 9919 HP in the image, I'm actually wearing a different hat. Ignore it. |
