Hybrid saders just sound like way to much trouble to go to. The lionheart and japanese map make swords the best option pre- 3rd job, then an equal damage axe becomes even more expensive than swords after that. You spend a lot of your 3rd job points preparing for using a sword anyways, so it just seems pointless.

But i'm not gonna question your methods, you can do what you like =/
