Why is mp recovery useless?

This isn't that much of a valid comparison but even as a theif, I don't use Dark Sight all that much anyways; only when walking through an HH while killing it.

This is kind of what I was saying - on my BM and my Outlaw, the only time I ever find myself wanting a Dark Sight- type skill is when I'm wading through something I can't take a hit from. Buccs don't have the survivability issue. I shoot everything else down or simply walk past it. Isn't Oak Barrel just another pot-saving skill, if you look at it that way?
