I thought it was more on the order of Angel Ray speed... in which case you'd have ~2352%.

But keep in mind that you reach that DPS by hitting 4 monsters, and with Shockwave you have to hit six. Not to mention Blast takes less of a hit from overkilling.

And you can move while using it.
And platform length is irrelevant.
And energy charge is active more than transform.
And much more.
