Assassinate v. Barrage?

What? He wanted to prove if Assassinate was faster than Barrage. Obviously, you'd have to take into account Barrage's delay. It's not like he wants to compare whether or not a Buccaneer can Barrage with a hack faster than a Shadower can Assassinate.

If you took the delay into account for every attack, then Buccaneers would be attacking so slowly, they'd hardly be moving at all. You compare the speed of the actual attack, not how long it takes for the attack to cool down. That's like saying Marksmen take 10 seconds to use Snipe.

In any case, the same thread says Barrage Faster (2) is 1830 ms, which is still a bit slower than Assassinate Faster (2)'s 1620 ms.
