[CMS] Luminous Light/Dark system converted back to KMS version

Last I checked, we have one more skill balance, the probable rerelease of PB and optimisation to deal with before V.

Don't forget the new Mushroom Shrine of Zipangu. It is most likely that GMS will get it.
