Wait. 300% final damage means that the damage of the affected skills will be tripled? Is it additive on existing passive bonuses to those skills?
Still not gonna place second and third job skills on par with fourth job ones though. Like who would choose to upgrade Brandish when you could upgrade Raging Blow instead for example?
