Nonetheless, Shockwave is definitely useless now. Even before its uses were limited, now it's obsolete.
I wonder if alternating Shockwave and Dragon Strike in Transform would be good DPS though. Hmm, but Dragon Strike's delay is a lot lower now so it might be better to just fill that delay in with Screw Punch/Backspin.
But I'm definitely going 20 Drain/30 Blast now. That guy used Drain quite a bit and it makes a great finisher due to its speed.
