Game Service Changes: The Nexon Global Service Roadmap

Dear Maplers,

A few weeks ago, we announced that Nexon Europe and Nexon America plan to combine their
game and platform services to align its game portfolio better for continued expansion across
the Western market. We would like to inform you about the upcoming changes and explain
the steps it takes to set up our unified platform.

Step 1: The Nexon Global Account Setup
Starting on 8th June, we will ask all players to set up a Nexon Global account.
When you login to the Nexon Europe Launcher, you will automatically be asked to start
the process to update your account to a Nexon Global account.
This includes accepting the new service agreement and confirming your email address.
Once you have setup a Nexon Global account, we will ask you to login with your email
address instead of your Nexon ID.

Step 2: The Game Migration
Starting in July, we will begin migrating our games to the new Nexon Global Launcher.
Games will be migrated one after the other. We will provide a schedule with dates for all
games at a later point. You can continue playing your game normally during the migration
phase on the Nexon Europe Launcher. Once your game has been migrated and you attempt
to launch the game, you will automatically be asked to start the process to update to the
Nexon Global Launcher. As soon as you updated it, you can login with your Nexon Global
account to the Global Launcher and play all games available. We are preparing everything
to make these steps go as smoothly as possible and hope that our players will enjoy our
growing portfolio and the Nexon Global Service.
