Yeah, the Archon changes seem super significant.
In terms of items, Oculus Ring looks like it'll be coming back. I recall there being a time where if it was equipped on your follower, it would activate like crazy even if you were in a party? Anyways, looks like an interesting boost for solo play for some builds.
Flail of the Ascended looks really nice. Looking forward to trying Roland's with a Shield Bash weapon, but I'd like to see a Sweep Attack Bracer then too.
That complete lack of creativity in designing the Elemental Quiver.
Disappointingly only three new legendaries, two of which just for Raiment.
