How to essentially AFK farm Forgotten Land

So I've been doing AFK Forgotten Lands with my almost level 80 characters. Getting ~3.2m per run since it scales, so ~6m EXP just for doing almost nothing if I use a pass from the previous day. This is far better than doing Towers, and I get to eat dinner alongside the "grind".
