I D/C'd during a conversation during Black Heaven Act 2 while on the Lumiere.
I have yet to relog and try it again since I have to go somewhere.
PS: I don't really consider this as a bug, but more of a suggestion but while you're in the memory parts during Act 1, the skills should be disabled when the camera pans to a different part of the map for a cutscene. Some skills, like from Blaze Wizard (or basically any dot skill) are a nuisance, especially if they make sounds.
