I think it's a question of whether they admitted it was a false ban (as in the case of ToraSmiles, where it was a misclick by a GM trying to get at a spambot standing in the exact same spot), or released you with a mealy-mouthed "we know and you know you're not exactly innocent, but we decided to give you another chance. We're keeping our eyes on you!"
