Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

I seriously hope the new "Time Wizard" set and/or the Tal Rasha revamp makes it better than Firebird. Wizard is pretty mediocre currently.

In terms of potential damage output, Delsere's is pretty high up there, but Arcane Twister is too unpredictable, and Wicked Wind requires stationary targets which isn't always possible, but easier with Point of No Return, and those new bracers. Arcane Orb itself might be okay too? Forgive me if I'm a bit out of date with the mechanics, but 1250%/s + 6 * Skill% * APS/s, with typical 1H and some IAS, you'd probably see around 1.5 APS. With Frozen Orb, which I don't believe double dips anymore (?) you get 1250%/s + 3537%/s if you're constantly attacking, compared to Firebird's 3000%/s + 197%/s from Apocalypse and however much Hydra adds, which this build could also use...?

At the least, it's a much more dynamic play style than kiting, and it has massive burst like current Monks, which I find quite fun.
