Seriously if she doesn't want to be treated, I think any individual above the age of 16 is competent enough to make that decision for themselves, 2 years probably won't change their minds. It kind of reminds me of this story of this woman who purposely wanted to lose her ability to walk because of some gender identity bull sh`it.
