I just read his post and it's interesting; that's the only word I can think of for it. I see his perspective and where he's going, but he's basically just victim shaming. It's the moderate's fault that these extremists exist and apparently their actions mean we can't get anything done. We'll note that he poses no alternative and basically says we should give up because the GamerGate movement isn't getting positive press and the reputation for misogynism has stuck in many circles. Well pineapple it guys, the first cavalry charge failed and the war is lost. Everyone go home and accept the circle jerk oligarchy which controls substantial sections of the game development and press community.

Too bad thats not what he was getting at. He was saying the name you are using is now associated with (by everyone else on the planet) with the harnessing and misogynist people. What we need to do is simply come up with a new name. No anti-gamergate does not work to label the idiots in this movement its much too late for that. Keep the fight going just stop trying to fight using the name that every one associates with a bunch of death treat sending sexist moroans. Gamergate already has caused more harm then good people outside our hobby have more reason to write us off now. I don't know about you but that pisses me off to no end.
