Sounds like a quarter life-crisis.
Get a job, not for money but to keep yourself busy and force you into a new micro community of people that you don't know.
I'm around the same age as you and to be honest I've had those moments where I think to myself: What on Earth do I want to do? and it was work and surprisingly Maple that kept me together. I still don't know what to do but I'm saving money for something I don't know, but I talk to new people and learn new things everyday.
