I asked my friend Draee (lunchbox hero) about wind booster, and he said that it didn't effect his brandish. He has 11 wind booster on his buc. That's the guy i asked to booster me so I can test the difference. He also said to me that 11 wind booster effects bucs more than lvl 1. (just so you guys have more confirmation)

I should have 11 wind booster in like 5 lvls. Next 2 lvls are going into dragon strike so it's lvl 21, then I need 3 lvls to bring booster to 11 (its lvl 2). Then i'll do some testing with other classes.
