Will you do all of those? Probably not, but the more available you are the more likely your app is to be pulled. In my experience as a manager, if someone lists they can't work those we generally completely ignore the app unless it's for specialized positions.

I mean...that makes a lot of sense now, seeing as there was this 1 interview I went to and they asked why couldn't I work during certain times. -_-
