Game of Thrones season 4

It was a good episode, some things weren't like I imagined they would be. But my biggest complaint and something I didn't believe they would even think about skipping is (book spoilers):

THE DAMN SPEECH ABOUT TYSHA NOT BEING A WHORE/CERSEI SLEEPING WITH EVERYONE! DID YOU THINK SHOW-ONLY WATCHERS WEREN'T CAPABLE OF KEEPING UP WITH TYSHA STORYLINE? GOD! It's a pretty important part of jaime and tyrion's character developments and I hope they find a way of including it...

 S4E10

I'm pretty surprised they skipped that as well. I'm not even sure how they could possibly include it at this point, unless they have Varys tell Tyrion, but how would he know and it wouldn't really have the same impact. I don't get why they brought it up in S2 if they weren't going to continue it later on.

As for the entire episode...I think it was overall one of the best episodes of the season.

Stannis kicking some Wildling ass was great.

Varys' reaction to the bells going off at Kings' Landing was hilarious. He heard them and was like, "Bout time for me to gtfo of here."

Arya leaving The Hound to bleed out was crazy. Maisie Williams did an amazing job looking like a girl who just doesn't care at all about him that whole scene, it was crazy. Her expression just never changed the whole time he was talking to her.

Without LSH as the finale, I have no problem with Arya getting the ending scene, showing her sailing off towards Braavos. I think it was a good replacement.

 Speculations

I'm disappointed there's no Lady Stoneheart at all. There's already speculation that she's not going to be included at all. I kinda expected she wasn't going to be in the episode when the "Previously..." section didn't include the Brotherhood Without Banners.

There's a lot of speculations in regards to the tree with Bran that I've already seen, including theories that, "...but you will fly," implies Bran warging into a dragon. When I saw this theory, I wouldn't be surprised if that's why they set up Drogon mysteriously disappearing for days.
