Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

Energy Twister is such a garbage tier skill, I'm amazed you can stand using it. Last I checked, Energy Twister could only hit a typical stationary monster for at most 2s, and Storm Chaser's projectile had equal or less width than Electrocute - Lightning Blast. Guess it doesn't matter if your sheet lets you melt trash fast enough that Energy Twister can be used at Rift Guardians whose models are large enough for 3s+ contact maybe.
