being a dexless sleeve user is a pineapple load better than being a regular dexless NL using a skanda (assuming the sleeve is very well off scrolled)
being dexless is better because of the LUK given by MW and being a dexless-high lvl claw user is the best because higher leveled claws can be scrolled with more attack
edit: anyway, use the 7 atk stompers
LUK=ATK is more than 7 at 16x..
