Still a work in progress, folks. I honestly don't know the full background of Rolling Rainbow, and am just translating (and commenting half-sarcastically) from the text literally. Small dedication to the Cannoneer fanboys out there, guess you caught it haha. But I guess it works wonders on multi-part bosses like HT?

Horntail is the only boss it's actually useful at, every other multi-part boss requires movement.
It's practically the most useless hyper attack in the game, the only other hyper that comes close is Hero's attack.
