I rarely get KS'd. And if I do, it's nothing major... I always beat them anyways. 
If it's a serious situation, I ask around if anyone knows the person. If yes, have them get them away. If no (or they just dun listen) I ask them to leave nicely. Second try, I ask them why are they being so bothersome. Third try, I just say "Okay, have fun KSing me then" and even though I don't KS them as bad as they KS me, they get bored of me like 5 mins later and just leave. ^.^
ProTip: If you're being KS'd and ignore'd, just stay quiet and kill kill kill.
